Book Your Appointment
Make your appointment by phone or e-mail then visit the Innocent Impressions studio, which is located in the Sydney suburb of Parklea, at the arranged time.
Contact us for a house visit (charges apply).
Taking the Impressions
We take the impression of your child’s hand or foot print or your furbaby’s pawprint onto clay. The process is painless and takes only seconds.
Let Us Do the Work
We then work on the clay impression and frame them. The completed impression will be ready in approximately 3-5 weeks.
The Story behind Innocent Impressions
Jennine’s Story
Our first child was born in England and when he was 3 weeks old, we had a beautiful impression made of his tiny feet. We moved back to Australia and, when I became pregnant again, I looked for a similar impression but couldn't find anything that showed as much delicate detail.
Our second son was born and we settled on another type of impression of his feet as we had no other choice. When life settled down, I started looking for the woman in England who made our first impression and eventually found her. She taught me the techniques while on a trip to the UK and I started doing casts for family and friends. As a result, Innocent Impressions was born.
That was 2008 and since then, I've taken countless imprints of babies and children's hands and feet, and I've refined the techniques to ensure that the best possible impressions are made to create beautiful, tangible memories.
I've now retired from Innocent Impressions and Jess is continuing the craft.
Jess' Story
It was a delight for me to find Jennine’s craft in creating lasting keepsakes for families to treasure. I myself am still awaiting for that little bundle of joy, but in the meantime taking a lot of pleasure meeting little ones and continuing Jennine’s legacy of taking their imprints and crafting them into precious memories to hold onto. I’m a very sentimental person, and I love giving personalised gifts to my nearest and dearest, and I trust that what we are creating here makes perfect gifts for new parents, grandparents, relatives, and pet-parents too.
Outside of this business, my busyness includes work in aged care, helping out at church with nursery and young adults, and spending quality time with my hubby and our Scottish Fold cat.
